South and West of the Upper Colorado River of Texas lies a vast land of plains, mountains and deserts. The area is defined and shaped by three great watersheds: that of the Colorado/Concho, the Pecos, and the Rio Grande Rivers. Three Rivers – Tres Rios. Made up of 25 local congregations serving 2840 members, 48 Teaching Elders and 2 Commissioned Ruling Elders.
